Today definitely started out as a beautiful day but as soon as the afternoon hit, the clouds opened up and let all the rain out just as I was leaving work. It's a pretty big pet peeve of mine to work all day while the sun is out and the weather is great just to get off of work and find out that all the good weather has decided to take the rest of the day off. But it's definitely not something that's bad enough to break my spirit. Yes, it's Monday and I just got back to work from an extended weekend off, but life is full of obstacles and tests of our strength and I am still feeling very positive about the week ahead regardless of anything standing in the way. Today's look is actually a great testament to that fact. The skies are dark and the garments I'm wearing today could not be any brighter. In the face of darkness, I'm still expressing my positivity not only in my attitude, but in my outfit as well. Besides the great colors in today's look, it is also a very casual look with fun patterns that help liven up any dreary day. I hope that all of you have been able to ward off the Monday blues this week as well. Because a new week is something to celebrate and be happy about. Don't let it get you down!
