After dressing festively for the past few days, I felt as though it was time to take a break. And today's look also ended up matching the majority of today's weather. It nearly rained all day after a weekend that was mostly filled with sunny skies and beautiful weather. As you can see, I chose a (mostly) all black outfit today. When I was younger, I used to wear a lot more all black outfits, but have definitely added a lot mor color to my wardrobe in the past few years. It's sort of nostalgic to go back and wear something that I used to wear much more frequently and realize that even though my past styles were an inspiration for today's look, I am much better at executing it now. As the holiday weekend comes to a close, I'd like to say that I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and are ready to enjoy the rest of the summer season!
