Having a day off from color was just what I needed yesterday. And today it felt like I had a whole new clean slate to start off with. Today's look is a casual sporty look with a preppy twist to it. I love that the checkered shirt I'm wearing today has so many colors throughout it and also the green nearly perfectly matches the green in the pant. The rest of the outfit features a cabbie hat to class it up just a tad and the creeper sneakers to keep it casual. It's all about keeping the overall look as balanced as possible and I think today's look is a great example of that preppy, yet casual balance. Today has been a much brighter day for me and I hope that it was the same for all of you, too!
