Now that the temperatures have been rising as we really get into spring (aka summer part one in Florida), it gets harder and harder to layer when you get the urge to. There are some days where it's a non-negotiable and you have to go with no layers at all and stick with the bare minimum. But if you play it smart and style it right, you can still do it on those days that aren't too hot for their own good. Today I chose to wear a denim jacket. This morning I started out with the sleeves down and everything buttoned. But as the day progressed, it was obvious that something needed to change. So I decided to roll my sleeves up and get on with the day. Not only did I roll up the sleeves of the jacket, but I also wanted to show the details of the shirt underneath as well. So I made sure that it was part of my cuffing details. So if you get the urge to throw on a layering piece in spite of the temperatures getting warmer, just make sure that it's light enough and also make sure that it can be adjusted or styled to accommodate your comfort level. Hope everyone is having a great start to the week. It's gonna be a great one!
