eight seventy five: lessons learned // looking ahead

Today's look is a simple casual streetwear meets preppy kind of look and it's definitely one that is easy to wear. It flows well and it works great for an active day! One of my favorite parts about today's outfit is that the faux leather hat nearly matches the trim on my shirt. Subtle details like this are really what it's all about! Now some of you may be wondering what the title has to do with today's look. It doesn't really have anything to do with the look itself, but today I decided that the store manager path I was offered was not really for me (at least not at this time). I had a great three weeks of learning here in Tampa during my training, but I've found out that my heart and passion is just not in that position. So I will be returning to Orlando and will no longer be going back to Tally (Tallahassee). I want to thank everyone for their support in the past and hope that I have your continued support in the future. I will still make each and everyone of you proud with all that I do. So my advice today isn't style related, but more life related. Learn from every experience, never doubt yourself, and do what you love to do. That's ALL that matters. Thank you all.

Today I am wearing:
•Faux leather five panel hat from Urban Outfitters
•Button up shirt from H&M
•Belt from H&M
•Slim fit five pocket pant from H&M
•Argyle socks from Target
•Sneakers from Vans
