sixteen hundred thirty three: the breather

Today I finally get a chance to have a break from the madness that was work the past seven days and I cannot be more excited. The look I went with today is a very summer inspired street style look that I've wanted to wear for a while but since mesh fabrics aren't really all that acceptable for work, I had to wait for a day off! It's almost been about three years since I've hosted this blog here with blogger and it's been a lot of fun, but I've decided that I'm going to go with a simpler version of this blog (that I've also had open since my first outfit post) on Tumblr instead. I will be rerouting mannswear.com through my Tumblr later today so there won't be any issues and I will continue to do what I do on a daily basis and I hope you continue to follow me there as well!

Today's look is another bright and bold colored look that is a sure fire way to help me get myself through my last work day before a much deserved and needed day off. This is a sporty street style look that is just as light as it is fun and I'm really into it today. And I hope you all are also off to a great day!

Today's look is another fresh street style look and I took advantage of wearing some bright colors to offset the gloomy weather and make sure to make a bold statement at the same time. My outfit consists of a patterned five panel hat, a puffy vest, a sleeveless graphic printed sweatshirt, a sleeveless basic t-shirt, a leather belt, a pair of shorts, and a pair of canvas sneakers. All the bright colors today definitely remind me of my time spent in Miami last year and with all these sleeveless outfits in wearing this summer so far, I'm definitely starting to realize the impact that living in Miami for a year had even on my current style. After working all through the weekend, I was excited to bring some color back into my looks on this first day of the new week. I went with a street style look that was super fresh and fun to wear for me as well. Back at it again today in all black for the last day of my all weekend workathon! I went with another sporty style look and of course I'm still keeping things sleeveless while also having a layering piece in the mix. My outfit consists of a faux leather five panel hat, a sleeveless zip up hooded sweatshirt, a sleeveless graphic printed t-shirt, a braided belt, a pair of denim joggers, and a pair of canvas sneakers. This weekend has been definitely filled with more good than bad even though I've been at work nearly the whole time and I hope that all of you have had a great weekend as well!

I'll be working all throughout this weekend (also through til next week) and I'm doing my best to psych myself up so that I dont get burned out before my next day off which is next Thursday.
